Between the Ordinary and the Extraordinary! Who Are We? ‘High Five’ Five strangers - Taekwondo prodigy Wan Seo, struggling writer Ji Seong, rookie manager Seon Nyeo, rigid team leader Yak Seon, and eccentric jobless Gi Dong - come from completely different walks of life. But fate ties them together when they each receive life-saving organ transplants - heart, lungs, kidney, liver, and cornea - from the same mysterious donor. Meanwhile, Yeong Chun, the charismatic yet dangerous leader of the cult-like “New God Church”, receives a pancreas transplant from the same donor, and with it, a terrifying ability. Believing these powers are divine gifts, he sets out to find and absorb the abilities of the others, hoping to ascend as an all-powerful being.
